The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Barhi P.S. Case No.469 of 2025 for the alleged offences registered under Sections 69, 318(4), 79, 351(2) and 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 pending in the Court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Hazaribagh. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that falsely the petitioner has been implicated in this case and the allegations are made that on the false pretext of marriage the relationship was established. He further submits that in the FIR itself it has been stated that the informant was in relationship with the petitioner for about two years. On these grounds, he submits that anticipatory bail may kindly be granted. 2026:JHHC:10102 --2-- A.B.A. No. 1432 of 2026 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that allegations are also there of making obscene video of the informant and threatening has also been made to make it viral if the amount as demanded by the petitioner shall not be paid to him. On these grounds, he submits that the anticipatory bail may kindly be rejected. 5. There is no doubt that they were in relationship, however, allegations are made of making obscene video and threatening was also made to make it viral if the demanded amount shall not be paid to the petitioner. Having the relationship is one of the aspect and taking away the dignity and privacy of any woman is another aspect. 6. In the attending facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, hence, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
