Learned counsel for both the parties fairly submitted that the present appeals arise out of the refusal to grant interim relief by way of the docket order dated 04.09.2025 and 17.06.2025. They further brought to the notice of this Court that the pleadings in the writ petitions have been completed and that both sides are ready to proceed with the hearing of the writ petitions. 4. Considering the aforesaid submissions, and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, these Writ Appeals are disposed of with a request to the learned Single Judge to consider and dispose of W.P.Nos.23472, 13385 & 13360 of 2025 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six (06) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
