COMMON ORDER [Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.] The petitioners, who are third parties to the writ petitions, have filed the present petitions seeking leave of this Court to prefer Writ Appeals against the order of the writ Court dated 19.02.2026, made in W.P(MD)No.17458 of 2025. 2.The petitioner/Arthur Joseph Asirvatham, in C.M.P(MD)No. 4341 of 2026, is the elected Secretary of the Pastorate Committee of St. George Church, and the petitioner/R.Samuel, in C.M.P.(MD) No.4465 of 2026, is the Chairman of the Pastorate Committee of St. George Church.
