GP FOR FINANCE PLANNING The Court made the following: 3 ORDER:- Heard Sri Palanki Kartheek, learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Government Pleader for Social Welfare appearing for the respondent No.1 and Sri Chejarla Venkateswara Rao, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent No.3. 2. The present writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in not releasing the Financial Assistance to the 1st petitioner Rs.10,39,479/- and the 2nd petitioner’s son Rs.5,00,000/- respectively for studying abroad under Videshi Vidya Deevena Scheme for the year 2017-2018. 3. The respondents filed counter affidavit stating that the net amount of financial assistance to be released to the 1st petitioner is Rs.10,00,000/- and the 2nd petitioner’s son is Rs.5,00,000/- respectively. It is further stated that the same would be remitted soon after budgetary sanctions are approved. 4. Having regard to the same, as the sum of financial assistance of Rs.10,00,000/- and Rs.5,00,000/- is admitted as payable to the 1st petitioner and the 2nd petitioner’s son respectively, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition directing the respondents to remit the admitted amount of Rs.10,00,000/- and Rs.5,00,000/- to the 1st petitioner and the 2nd petitioner’s son respectively, within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of copy of the order. 4 5. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
