W.P(MD)No.20822 of 2026 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is entitled to the release of the balance amount of Rs.26,00,000/-. In this regard, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 08.05.2025 to the fourth respondent requesting the release of the said amount. However, despite the lapse of considerable time, no action has been taken on the said representation. Left with no other efficacious remedy, the petitioner has approached this Court by filing the present Writ Petition seeking an appropriate direction. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that the petitioner would be satisfied if this Court issues a direction to the fourth respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.05.2025 and pass appropriate orders thereon within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
