(MD)No.7430 of 2026. 2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court. 3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) and also the quantity of contraband involved in this case, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.
