(Oral) Applicant is in judicial custody in FIR No.761 of 2022, under Section 370 IPC and Section 4/25 of the Arms Act, 1959, Police Station Rudrapur, District Udham Singh Nagar. He has sought his release on bail. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 3. This is the fourth bail application. The first bail application, being BA1 No.1198 of 2023, was dismissed in non- prosecution on 13.05.2024. The second bail application, being BA2 No.152 of 2024, was rejected on 01.07.2024. The third bail application, being BA3 No.77 of 2024, was also rejected on 03.12.2024. 4. Having considered, this Court does not see any new ground, which may entitle the applicant to bail.
