Mr. Nishant Krishna Adhikari, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. Mr. Himanshu Sain, learned A.G.A. for the State. 3. The petitioner herein Monika Jadli, W/o late Kuldeep Jadli praying for protection since she is under regular threat from respondent nos. 4 to 11. 4. It is contended that there is one person, namely, Deepak Sharma who after death of husband of the petitioner help petitioner and her family members a lot being a human-being. The respondents herein are close relatives of Deepak Sharma and they do not like that Deepak Sharma help the petitioner. 5. To examine the issue, the S.H.O. concerned was asked to join the proceeding through V.C. and pursuant thereto Mr. Pradeep Negi, S.H.O. joined the proceeding. 6. Let the S.H.O. Mr. Pradeep Negi shall call upon all the private respondents as well as Deepak Sharma and advise them not to take law in their hands and will not give threat to the petitioner and whatever be the dispute in between them they may resolve amicably or if they have any grievance they may apprise to Mr. Pradeep Negi, S.H.O., who will make all possible efforts to resolve their issues, and if he comes to the conclusion that there is regular threat from respondent nos. 4 to 11 then take appropriate steps as per law. 6.
