According to the petitioner, he was entitled to Grade Pay of `4200/ - w.e.f. 2016, however, that benefit was given to him after his retirement in 2024. Another grievance raised by petitioner is that petitioner was entitled to Grade Pay of `4600/ -, however that benefit has not been given to him so far. 4. Learned counsel for petitioner confines his prayer and submits that petitioner be permitted to make representation before the competent authority, highlighting his grievances. 5. Learned counsel for respondents submits that writ petition can be disposed of by permitted petitioner to make fresh representation. 6. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of by permitting petitioner to make fresh representation to the competent authority. If he makes representation, within two weeks from today, decision thereupon shall be taken, as per law, within four months thereafter.
