Side) Assisted by Mr.M.Arul Raj ORDER This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.19780 of 2025 in Crl.A.No.1627 of 2025 dated 19.11.2025. 2. The petitioner was granted bail by this Court on 19.11.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.19780 of 2025 with certain conditions. One of the conditions was that the petitioner to appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. and also to appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every English Calendar month at 10.30 a.m. till the disposal of the Criminal Appeal. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying the condition from 22.11.2025 without any deviation. He further submitted that due to the above condition imposed, the petitioner is unable to go to his work and make any earnings. 4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court without any deviation. 5.
Considering the submissions made and on perusal of the materials and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate that the petitioner is complying with the conditions without any deviation, the order dated 19.11.2025 made in Crl.M.P.No.19780 of 2025 in Crl.A.No.1627 of 2025 is modified to the effect that the condition to appear before the respondent police on every Saturday is set aside and the petitioner shall continue to appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the criminal appeal.
