Heard Mr. T.A. Khan, learned Senior Advocate for the petitioner. 2. By the instant petition, the petitioner is praying for the following reliefs: - “(I) To issue suitable directions, directing the Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division) Roorkee to decide the Civil Suit No.330 of 2025 (Annexure No.1, page 11 to 21) expeditiously, within the period, which may be fixed by this Hon’ble Court. (II) To issue suitable directions, directing the Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division) Roorkee, District Haridwar to decide the I nterim Mandatory Application bearing nos.27- C, (Annexure No.11, Page 90 to 95) and Interim Prohibitory Injunction Application bearing no.6-C (Annexure No.2, Page 22 to 25), expeditiously within the time, which may be fixed by this Hon’ble Court. (III) Any other relief which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper, may kindly be awarded in favour of the petitioner and against the respondents. (IV) Award the cost of the petition in favour of the petitioner and against the respondents.” 3. At this juncture, the learned Senior Advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is pressing only the relief no.2 and is not pressing other reliefs. 4. The relief no.2 as sought appears to be 2026:UHC:3588 innocuous. 5. In such view of the matter, the present writ petition is disposed of finally with the direction to the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division) Roorkee to expedite the Civil Suit No.330 of 2025, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within one year from the date of production of certified copy of this order. In addition to this, since in relief no.2, the petitioner is praying for expediting 6C application, which is an interim injunction application, be also expedited within one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 6.
