1. This petition under Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been 7led for extension of time to deposit the 7ne amount of Rs. 5000/- as per order dated 06.08.2024 passed by this Court in CR.R. No. 322/2015.
2. This Court, vide order dated 06.08.2024, while partly allowing the revision petition and sentencing the petitioner to the period already undergone, had enhanced the 7ne amount of Rs. 500/- to Rs. 5000 and had granted two month’s time from the date of passing of the order for depositing the enhanced 7ne amount. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is a poor villager and was not in regular contact with his counsel, due to which he remained unaware of the order dated 06.08.2024 passed by this Court and the non-compliance thereof was bona 7de and unintentional. It is further submitted that the petitioner came to know about the said order only upon receipt of notice from the learned trial Court and after obtaining the certi7ed copy, whereafter he immediately contacted his counsel and 7led the present petition without any delay. It is also submitted that the applicant is ready and willing to comply with the said order and seeks a short time of three days to deposit the 7ne amount of Rs. 5,000/-. It is further pointed out that the applicant has already deposited a sum of Rs. 500/- before the learned trial Court in compliance with the earlier order dated 08.05.2014, and the receipt thereof has been 7led as Annexure A-3. Hence, he prays for last opportunity that the time period for depositing the 7ne amount may be extended.

Learned counsel for the other side has no objection.
5. The prayer made by the petitioner appears to be reasonable. Hence, the petitioner is granted further a week’s and no more time from today to deposit the enhanced 7ne amount as was ordered by this Court on 06.08.2024 in Cr.R. No. 322 of 2015, failing which he shall be taken into custody forthwith.
6. Accordingly, this Cr.M.P. stands disposed of.
7. Registry is directed to send a certi7ed copy of this order to the trial Court concerned for necessary information and compliance. Sd/-
