The petitioner has purchased the property in Survey No.3/2F, measuring an extent of 3 cents out of 485 sq.mtr. The original owner sold the said property to the petitioner, but the respondents acquired the larger extent of the property. However, the third respondent quantified the compensation only in favour of the original owner and not in favour of the petitioner in respect of the extent of 3 cents. The original owner filed W.P.(MD) No.31125 and batch, and this Court, vide order dated 10.03.2026, considered the same and directed the respondents to disburse the compensation amount. In view of the above, the third respondent, while disbursing the compensation amount payable to the original owner, shall consider the petitioner's application and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
