When this matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner filed an appeal against the impugned proceedings dated 04.01.2022. Hence, though this petition was filed for larger relief, he requests this Court to issue a direction for disposal of the appeal, since it would be sufficient to meet out his case. 3. In reply, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner's appeal will be disposed of within a period of 6 weeks. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondents and also perused the entire materials available on record. 5. In the case on hand, today, it was submitted by the petitioner that he had already filed an appeal against the impugned proceedings dated 04.01.2022. Therefore, though this petition was filed for larger relief, he had restricted his prayer and requests this Court to issue a direction for disposal of the said appeal since it will be sufficient to meet out his case. 6. In view of the above, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to consider the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 09.06.2023 and after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to all the concerned parties, dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 6 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 7. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of.
