(2) By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought the following relief: “(a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondent no 5 to release the balance sanctioned amount of Rs.46,00,000 under the Term Loan and Rs.1,25,00,000 towards the Cash Credit facility in favour of the Petitioner.” (3) This Court cannot direct the bank to release the entire amount sanctioned as loan to the petitioner. (4) Mr. Krishnakant Joshi, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of bank, submits that if petitioner makes representation to the competent authority, he shall look into the matter and pass appropriate order. (5) Writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of by perm itting the petitioner to make representation to the competent authority. If he makes such representation within one week from today, decision thereupon shall be taken, as per law, within six weeks thereafter.
