The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Hazaribag Muffasil P.S. Case No. 161/2025 offences registered U/s 69 of B.N.S., pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Hazaribag. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. She also submits that both were in relationship and further both are majors and the allegations are made of making video and threatening to make the same viral is false, in view of that, anticipatory bail may kindly be allowed. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the allegations are there of making video and threatening to make it viral. 5. Looking into the contents of the FIR, it transpires that the petitioner and informant were in relationship and they have made relationship several times, however, the allegations are there against the petitioner of making video and threatening to make it viral. 2026:JHHC:5353 2 Friendship is one aspect and spoiling dignity of any woman is another aspect; I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6.
