4. Learned Counsel for the parties are ad idem to the fact that the controversy, which gave rise to filing of present writ petition, has now been settled since the amount under recovery against respondent no.6 has been satisfied. Further, pursuant to the aforesaid recovery proceedings, the property i.e. Motel Polaris, 48 Civil Lines, Roorkee was sealed, and now, after payment of amount inflicted, under the orders of Assistant Labour Commissioner having been made, the property needs to be de-sealed by the orders of this Court.
5. In sum and substance, the grievance of writ petitioner has been settled.
6. However, there is interim order dated 23.03.2023 passed in this Court whereby it was directed that the property in question shall remain sealed, but, the same shall not be sold in public auction.
7. In the above circumstances, it is now clarified that inasmuch the liability of respondent no.6 has already been satisfied, the property i.e. Motel Polaris, 48 Civil Lines, Roorkee shall be de-sealed immediately in presence of all stake holders.
8. The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
