The case is taken up today before the National Lok Adalat. The parties are present before the Lok Adalat through V.C. and are duly identified by their respective counsel. Before the Lok Adalat, the parties have agreed to settle the matter and have arrived at a compromise. The terms of the compromise are as follows: “The present case arises of matrimonial nature between the parties. Parties are both of them are present through the V.C. and now they did not want further proceeding. The offences are under Sec. 497, 504, 506 I.P.C. So kindly compound them.” The terms of the compromise have been recorded in a separate compromise sheet which shall form part of the order, which shall be treated as compounding application. In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, the misc. application is allowed and the impugned judgment and order dated 19-03- 2019 passed by Vth Additional Session Judge Dehradun in Criminal Revision No. 98 of 2017 Sachin Vs. State of Uttarakhand and impugned part of the order dated 6-5-2017 passed by Judicial Magistrate/Second Additional Civil Judge (JD) Dehradun in Criminal Case No. 3887 of 2016 Sachin Vs.
