Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash/ set-aside the impugned orders (Annexure P-1), (Annexure P-2) and (Annexure P-3), in the interest of justice. 10.2 That, in alternate this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the State Level Committee to decide pending appeal PAWAN KUMAR JHA Digitally signed by PAWAN KUMAR JHA 2 / 3 dated 09.10.2025 within stipulated period, in the interest of justice. 10.3 Any other relief which may be suitable in the facts and circumstances of the case, may also be granted.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was subjected to transfer under the rationalization policy formulated by the State Government. Transfer of petitioner was put to challenge before the district level committee and thereafter before the divisional level committee, however, both the authorities have dismissed the representation/ application submitted by petitioner. Petitioner thereafter had submitted representation/ appeal before the State level committee headed by Respondent No. 2/ Directorate of Public Instructions on 09.10.2025, however, till date no decision has been taken. Therefore, direction be issued to Respondent No. 2 to take decision on the representation/ appeal submitted by petitioner at the earliest within specified time. 3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the Respondents/State submits that she is having no objection to the limited prayer made by the counsel for petitioner. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents placed on record. 5. On due consideration of the submission of counsel for the respective parties, facts and circumstances of the case, nature of grievance raised by the petitioner, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of directing Respondent No. 2 to consider and take decision on the representation submitted by petitioner, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of 02 3 / 3 months from the date of receipt of certified copy of order passed by this Court. 6.
