The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Kenduadih PS Case No.122 of 2025, for offence registered under section 329(3), 303(2), 317(2), 317(5), 3(5) of BNS, 2023, pending in court of learned Judicial Magistrate, at Dhanbad. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that allegations are made that on four motorcycles 150 kg coal was loaded on each of the motorcycle. He submits that the petitioner was carrying the said coal for his own use. He next submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in para-15. 4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that illegally the coal was being carried on the said motorcycles. 5. Considering that said coal were being carried for own use and petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as aforesaid, and in that view of the matter, the petitioner, above named, is, hereby, directed to surrender before learned court within two weeks from today, and learned court shall release the petitioner, above named, on such terms and conditions as well as sureties as the learned court may deem fit and proper. 6.
