At the outset, it was submitted learned State Counsel for first respondent that they would consider petitioner’s complaint dated 20.07.2026 and pass orders, in accordance with law, after issuing notice to petitioner, second respondent and any other interested party, including the association, if any, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 3.
