Mr. Shrivas would submit that grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed. He would seek permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. 2. Taking into consideration the submission made by Mr. Shrivas, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn. WPS No. 6839 of 2 022 (1) Ms. Nupoor Sonkar would submit that the petitioner was appointed to the post of Lab Technician on 23.04.2012(Annexure P/2). She would contend that as the petitioner accepted fresh appointment to the post of Teacher (Mathematics), she was required to deposit three months of her salary Rs. 99873/-. It is contend that said amount was deposited by the petitioner on 3 06.03.2021, but till date said amount has not been refunded. She would submit that a direction may be issued to the respondent authorities to refund said amount. It is also contended that the respondents have refunded the mandatory three months deposit to other Government servants, who accepted offer of appointment subsequently. (2) On the other hand, Mr. Abhishek Singh, Panel Lawyer on instruction would submit that deposit of three months salary would be refunded by the respondent authorities within a period of four weeks. (3) Taking into consideration submission made by Mr. Singh, this petition is disposed of. It is expected that the authority concerned shall refund three months salary, deposited by the petitioner within a period of four weeks.
