The learned Special Government Pleader (Puducherry) appearing for the respondent/contemner submitted that the order passed by this Court dated 25.10.2025 is complied with and he also produced the proceedings of the Directorate of School Education, Government of Puducherry, dated 10.11.2025 issued to the petitioner before this Court for reference and submitted that based on the said proceedings, the representation given by the petitioner has been considered and disposed of. 3. In view of the aforesaid submission, this Contempt Petition is closed. Since the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner expressed some grievance over the aforesaid proceedings, (inasmuch as, by virtue of the said proceedings, the petitioner’s request has been negated) this Court makes it clear that, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the aforesaid proceedings, she is at liberty to agitate the same before appropriate Forum, 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Cont.P.No.683 of 2026 in the manner known to law.
