State of H.P. & others, CWPOA No. 1215 of 2020, decided on 14.7.2021 (Annexure P-5) and Dr. D.R. Barwal (now deceased) through his Legal Representative Smt. Usha Barwal & others v. State of Himachal Pradesh and others, CWPOA No. 1184 of 2020, decided on 4.5.2021 (Annexure P-6). 2. This is a matter, which is required to be considered and examined by the respondents. Therefore, without going into the merits of the case, this court deems it appropriate to dispose of this petition with a direction to the respondents to consider and decide the case of the petitioner in light of the aforesaid judgment and in case the same is found to be 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? -2- covered, then same and similar benefits be extended to the petitioner also.
