Lalramzauva, learned senior counsel for the petitioners submits that he had mention this matter for withdrawal yesterday, since there are certain materials which has been left out while drafting the writ petition. He submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file afresh. It is seen that despite mention made for withdrawal, the case has been listed under the column ‘hearing’ whereas it should have been listed under the column ‘for withdrawal’. The Registry shall henceforth list all matters mentioned for withdrawal under the column ‘for withdrawal’ in future. As prayed for by Mr. C.
