Though the learned counsel for the petitioner would fairly submit that the respondents have settled the amount, he would contend that a dispute still survives with regard to the payment of interest. Such disputed questions of fact cannot be adjudicated in the present contempt proceedings. 3. In view of the above, this Contempt Petition is closed. However, it is made clear that the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
