CRL MP No. 13296 of 2026 __________ Page2 of 4 ORDER This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking to modify the condition imposed in Crl.OP.No.14489 of 2026 dated
09.06.2026.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police strongly objected the application, however fairly conceded that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions made on either sides and the nature of the offence, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed in Para 6 (b) in Crl.OP.No.14489 of 2026 dated 09.06.2026. Accordingly, the condition that
“the petitioners shall report before the respondent police twice a day at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m, until further orders” is modified to the effect that “the petitioners shall report before the respondent police once in a day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders”. The other conditions imposed earlier shall remain unaltered.
