JUSTICE BHUWAN GOYAL Order 06/04/2026 The Special Appeal (Writ) is disposed of in following terms as agreed and requested by learned counsels for the respective parties:- (1) The award dated 19.08.2016 passed by the learned Labour Court No.2, Jaipur in LCR No. 1144/1998 is modified in terms that the appellants shall pay to the respondent-workman compensation to be computed in terms of order of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India dated 29.01.2025 in the case of Amit Kumar Dubey vs. [2026:RJ-JP:14200-DB] (2 of 2) [SAW-714/2018] M.P.P.K.V.V. Co. Ltd. & Anr.: MANU/SCOR/86933/2025 counting his length of service from 01.08.1986 to 30.04.1989. (2) Compliance shall be made within a period of three months from today failing which the compensation amount shall carry interest @ 8% per annum after expiry of the period of three months and the officer(s) responsible for delay would bear interest component.
