Instant petition under Section 482 BNSS is filed seeking pre-arrest bail of the petitioner in connection with C.T. Case No.11 of 2026 pending in the file of learned S.D.J.M., Athagarh arising out of Khuntuni P.S. Case No.03 of 2026 on the grounds stated. 3. Considering the nature of allegations in the FIR as at Annexure-1 and recovery of I.D. liquor with other contraband substances, this Court is not inclined to consider any such plea for pre-arrest bail but is of the view that the petitioner should be directed to surrender before the learned court below seeking regular bail. 4. Accordingly, it is ordered. 5. In the result, the ABLAPL is disposed of with the direction as aforesaid. In the event, the petitioner surrenders before the learned S.D.J.M., Athagarh within a fortnight from today and moves an application for regular bail, it is directed that the same shall be considered in connection with C.T. Case No.11 of 2026 corresponding to Khuntuni P.S. Case No.03 of 2026 during the first hour and in the event of rejection, he shall approach the learned Sessions Court for orders on the same day during second hour itself considering the plea as above. 6.
