ORDER This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to consider petitioner's appeal dated 13.04.2026, pending on the file of the first respondent.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed an appeal dated 13.04.2026 before the first respondent as against the order passed by the third respondent. However, the said appeal was not considered, as on date. Hence, this writ petition.
4. Mr.C.Prabakaran, learned Government’s Counsel takes notice on behalf of the respondents and submitted that the petitioner's appeal dated 13.04.2026 will be considered within a period of eight weeks.
5. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.
6. Considering the limited relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the respondents 1 & 2 to dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
