Mr. Mani Kumar, learned counsel for the Applicant. 2. Mr. S.S. Chauhan, learned Deputy Advocate General assisted by Mr. Vikas Uniyal, learned Brief Holder for the State. 3. Present bail application is moved by the applicant, who is in judicial custody in connection with FIR No.331 of 2025 under Section 64(1), 137 (2) & 144 of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita alongwith Section 3 & 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offence and Section 3(2) (v)(a) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act registered at P.S.-Kunda, District Udham Singh Nagar. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant has falsely been implicated in the commission of crime; he is never involved in any criminal case as he is a law abiding citizen. He submits that co-accused Naeem has been release on bail by this Court vide order date 12.05.2026 and on the ground of parity applicant is also entitled to be released on bail. 5. Learned State Counsel concedes the fact of parity. 6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the view that applicant is entitled to be released on bail. 7. Accordingly, bail application is allowed. Let the applicant-Asgar @ Nanhe be released on bail on his executing a personal bond and two reliable sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned. 8.
