Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in the event further necessity, the petitioner may be permitted to file a fresh application / petition and the petition may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty. 3. Permission is accorded as sought for. 4. Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, grating liberty to the petitioner to file an application / petition afresh.
