It is contended that the said application has not yet been considered by the Pradhan, Sreedhar Nagar Gram Panchayat. In view of the foregoing, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon respondent no. 6, the Pradhan, Sreedhar Nagar Gram Panchayat, to consider and dispose of the petitioner’s application, as appearing at page 13 of the writ petition, in accordance with law within 2 a period of one month from the date of communication of this order.
