These cases were registered against the petitioner on allegation that he uploaded videos on social media falsely portraying migrant labour as being tortured in the state of Tamil Nadu. It is submitted that totally 6 cases were registered against the petitioner, in which the charge sheets for Crime No.13 of 2023 and 6 of 2023 had already been filed in Madurai and Tiruppur. 3. Since one charge sheet has already been filed in Tiruppur, and considering the fact that all cases relate to same incident, the FIR in Crime No.86 of 2023 on the file of the Krishnagiri Taluk Police Station, Crime No.102 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CRL OP No. 19121 of 2026 __________ Page3 of 4 of 2023 on the file of the Thiruvanmiyur Police Station, and Crime No.10 of 2023 on the file of the CCD-II, Krishnagiri District, shall stand transferred to the file of the CCD-II, Tiruppur District, to be investigated along with Crime No.8 of 2023. 4.
