When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent police, would submit that the investigation is already complete and that a final report has also been filed on 10.07.2025 before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Ambattur, in e-filing No.LTN20230000537C202500077 and that it is yet to be taken on file. 3. In view thereof, keeping it open for the petitioners to take all pleas during the trial or against the final report filed as the case may be, if they chooses to, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
