After arguing for a while, the only prayer made by learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner in the instant petition is that he would feel satisfied in case the instant petition is treated as representation and be accorded consideration within some reasonable period in light of the documents which have been placed on record evidencing the factum that it is an admitted liability by the respondents towards the petitioner, to which, Ms. Priyanka Bhat, learned counsel appearing vice Mrs. Monika Kohli, learned Sr. AAG, who has caused appearance on behalf of the respondents is not averse to the disposal of the instant petition at the very threshold. 2. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the instant petition is taken up for disposal at the very threshold by directing respondent No. 2 to treat the instant petition as a representation and accord consideration to the same in light of the averments pleaded in the writ petition, within a period of four weeks’ from the date a copy of this 2 WP(C) No. 245/2026 order along with the writ petition and annexures are made available to the said respondent, strictly under rules and as per law. 3. It is further made clear that while according consideration to the case of the petitioner, the respondent No. 2 shall give due weightage to the certificate dated 06.01.2026, which has been placed on record, certifying the factum of the amount by way of admitted liability payable as on date. The consideration shall be accorded strictly in terms of the order and judgment passed by this Court in WP(C) No. 2472/2022 titled “M/S Saint Soldier Engineer and Contractor Pvt. Ltd. v. UT of J&K and others”. 4. The order of consideration, which is likely to be passed, be forwarded to the learned counsel for the petitioners through registered post. 5.
