This is an application filed under Section 447 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, praying for transfer of the N.I.C.R Case No.11/2025, registered under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, pending in the Page No.# 2/2 Court of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chirang. 3. Because of his old age, the petitioner finds it difficult to travel to Chirang. Therefore, the petitioner prays that he may be allowed to contest the case before the trial court by attending virtually through video conferencing. 4. In another such case, being Transfer Petition (Criminal) No.01/2026, the petitioner was given the said facility by this Court. 5. I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 6. Under the given circumstances, the personal presence of the petitioner before the Trial Court shall be dispensed with. The case against the petitioner Fokhruddin Ali Ahmed shall be conducted virtually by video conferencing. 7. With the aforesaid direction, Transfer Petition (Criminal) stands disposed of.
