This MCC has been filed seeking for extension of time to comply the order dated 16.10.2025 passed in WPS No. 6353/2021. 3. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that applicants/State authorities have initiated the process for considering the case of the respondents herein for regularization for which necessary approval and sanctioned from the Finance Department are also required. It is therefore prayed that a further time of 90 days may be granted to comply the order dated 16.10.2025 passed in WPS No. 6353/202. 4. Learned counsel for the respondents does not oppose the prayer made. 5. Considering the submissions and in the interest of justice further 90 days time from today is granted to comply the order dated 16.10.2025 passed in WPS No. 6353/2021. 6. Accordingly, MCC is allowed.
