"Herein the Advocate for the Petitioner begs to submit as under: That in the above case, the petitioners have challenged the FIR and complaint filed by the respondent No.1 with instigation of respondent No.2 bearing in C.C.No.1184/2025 arising in Karwar Town P.S. Crime No.09/2025 registered by the respondent No.1 for the alleged offences punishable under Section 115(2), 3(5), 351(2), 352, 131 of BNS Act pending on the file of Prl. Senior Civil Judge and CJM Karwad.
