On a perusal of the FIR, it can be seen that, on account of the previous enmity, the accused side had caused serious injuries to the petitioner. The investigation is not in progress, and hence the petitioner is before this Court. 3. Considering the nature of the apprehension expressed, the 2nd respondent shall strictly conduct the investigation and complete the same as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than three months from the date of receipt of the web copy of this order. The jurisdictional Deputy Superintendent of Police is directed to closely monitor the investigation. 4.
