No.272 of 2026 O R D E R This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the fifth respondent to protect the peaceful possession and residence of the petitioner and her family members in respect of the property in Plot No.17, BDO layout, in Survey Nos.549/1 to an extent of 0.64.5 Hector, 528/1C2 to an extent of 0.07.5 Hector, 530/3A to an extent of 0.13.5 Hector, 549/2A to an extent of 0.18.0 Hector, 528/1C1 to an extent of 0.01.5 Hector, 528/1C3 to an extent of 0.01.0 Hector, 530/3B to an extent of 0.03.5 Hector and 549/3B to an extent of 0.39.5 Hector, Onnalvadi Post, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District.
2.It is seen that there is civil dispute pending between the petitioner and respondents 6 to 11 including the partition suit. Therefore, the petitioner lodged complaint. 3.However, the learned Counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu (Criminal Side) submits that the fifth respondent did not receive any complaint. 4.Therefore, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the civil Court for appropriate relief. In order to save the property, police protection cannot be granted. Further, if any illegality is committed by the respondents 6 to 11, the petitioner is at liberty to lodge fresh complaint before the fifth respondent. If any such complaint is lodged by the petitioner, the fifth respondent shall take action against the accused in accordance with law, if any cognizable offence is made out. 5.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
