Sahay, Addl.P.P ------ Order No.02 Dated- 09-04-2026 Heard the parties. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 447 of 2025 arising out of Manatu P.S. Case No. 27 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 353 of the I.P.C. and Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26, 27 and 35 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner is an active member of T.P.C. extremists Organization and was involved in extortion of money from bidi leaf contractors and also indulged in firing upon police personnel. It is next submitted that though there is no allegation of anyone sustaining injuries in the alleged occurrence. It is next submitted that the co-accused person has been granted bail by the co-ordinate bench of this Court vide order dated 10.12.2025 in B.A. No.10715 of 2025. It is next submitted that the petitioner undertakes that he will co-operate with the trial of the case and will not annoy or disturb the informant or witnesses of the case. It is lastly submitted that the petitioner has been in custody since 01.09.2025 as mentioned in para-14 of the instant bail application. Hence it is submitted that the petitioner be released on bail. Learned Addl.P.P. opposes the prayer for bail. Considering the facts of this case, the above-named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Palamau at Daltonganj in connection with S.T. Case No. 447 of 2025 arising out of Manatu P.S. Case No. 27 of 2020 with the condition that he will co- operate with the trial of the case and furnish his mobile number and photocopy of the Aadhar Card in the court below with an undertaking that he will not change his mobile number during the trial of the case and will not annoy or disturb the informant or witnesses of the case.
