Chauhan, learned DAG with Mr. Vikash Uniyal, learned Brief Holder, for the State of Uttarakhand. 3. In the High Court of Uttarakhand, the present case arises from Bail Application filed under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, seeking regular bail for the Applicant – Yusuf, who has been accused in FIR No.386 of 2026, dated 28.04.2026 under Sections 3/5/11 of the Uttarakhand Protection for Cow Progeny Act, 2007 and under Section 3/11 of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960, at Police Station Laksar, District Haridwar. 4. Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the Applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case and has been made scapegoat. He further submits that the Applicant has no previous criminal history and he has been languishing in jail since 29.04.2026. 5. The bail application of the Applicant has been vehemently opposed by the learned State Counsel. 6. Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case, the Applicant has made out a case for bail. 7. Accordingly, bail application is allowed. It is directed that the Applicant - Yusuf, who has been accused in FIR No.386 of 2026, dated 28.04.2026 under Sections 3/5/11 of the Uttarakhand Protection for Cow Progeny Act, 2007 and under Section 3/11 of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960, at Police Station Laksar, District Haridwar, be released on bail on furnishing a personal bond with two reliable sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned court.
