It appears that this is a second application for anticipatory bail without there being any material change in circumstance. A charge sheet was submitted under the same sections as were there in the FIR. In view of the fact that the second application for anticipatory bail has been filed without there being any substantial or material change in circumstance, the same is rejected as not maintainable.
