The petitioner is the wife and the respondent is her husband. The petitioner filed H.M.O.P.No.63 of 2025 seeking for the dissolution of her marriage with the respondent. As seen from the revision, the aforesaid HMOP is posted for pronouncement of judgment by the Principal Sub Court, Hosur on 14.08.2026. Since the aforesaid HMOP is posted for judgment, no prejudice would be caused to any of the parties, if the trial court is directed to pronounce the judgment in the said HMOP, as expeditiously as possible. 4.
