The learned counsel for the petitioner would contend that the petitioner is unnecessarily added as an accused as he is the bona fide purchaser for value. 4. In view of the nature of contentions, keeping open the liberty to the petitioner to obtain a copy of the final report and thereafter agitate his grievance as against the same, since the respondent Police is in the process of filing the same, they are directed to file the final report within ten working days from today. Keeping open the liberty to the petitioner to approach as against the final report, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
