Learned counsel for petitioner submits that post reserved for persons with disability (PWD) if not filled within specified time, then it is to be filled up by general category candidate according to the Clause 34 of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016. Such procedure has not been adopted by the respondents authorities, therefore, petitioner has submitted representation before the respondent No.2, which till date is pending consideration, therefore, direction be issued to concerned authorities to take decision on the representation submitted by petitioner at the earliest within specified time. 3. Learned State counsel submits that in view of the limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner, she is having no objection.. 4. On due consideration on the submission of learned counsel for petitioner, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of directing respondent No.2 to consider and take decision on the representation dated 05.01.2026, submitted by petitioner in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within further period of two months from the date of receipt of this order.. 5.
