The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that in this case, originally, the patta, pertaining to the subject property, stands in the name of the petitioner's father. Now, there is an encroachment in the said property by some unknown persons, against which, a representation was filed by the petitioner. However, the said representation was not at all considered by the respondent till date. Hence, this petiton. 3. 4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondents and also perused the entire materials available on record. 5.
In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.09.2024 and after issuing notice and affording an opportunity of personal hearing, to all the concerned parties, dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
