Therefore, respondents 3 and 4 are very much in occupation of the building in R.S.No.12/8, Velankani Village, Kilvelur Taluk, Nagapattinam District. Hence the direction sought for in this writ petition cannot be granted. 3.The writ petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the civil Court for appropriate relief.
