(Oral) In terms of order dated 22.04.2026, appellants have given undertaking by way of affidavit stating therein that by all means, on or before 31.03.2027, rented premises would be vacated. 2. Besides above, FDR of 78,000/- has been already ₹ deposited with the Registry of this Court towards arrears as well as future rent. 3. Learned counsel representing the respondent No.3 states that amount deposited with the Registry of this Court may be ordered 2026:HHC:14385 2 to be released in favour of respondent No.3 and present appeal may be disposed of with the direction to appellants to ensure that rented premises are vacated on or before 31.03.2027, as has been undertaken. 4. In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant appeal and accordingly the same is disposed of, with the direction to appellants to ensure that rented premises are vacated on or before 31.03.2027, failing which they would render themselves liable for penal consequences as well as contempt of Court. Sum of 78,000/- lying deposited with the Registry of this Court is ordered to ₹ be released in favour of respondent No.3, by remitting the same in its bank account, detail whereof shall be furnished by its counsel within a period of two weeks. Needless to say, till 31.03.2027, appellants would not be vacated from the premises in question. Pending application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of. (Sandeep Sharma) Judge (Bipin C.
